The owner pays the Real Estate taxes, all utilities, common area maintenance and condo fees. These are estimated at $6,550 per year based on 2008 actual figures.

What are average rental amount to per year?
We estimate about $29,200 per year, 70% goes to the owner = $20,450 less your utilities & taxes for a net of $13,900.

Who manages these rooms, handles repairs, cleaning for the renters?
The Suites Hotel. Owner also make arrangments for the services they want when using suites with the hotel ..
